RFC Process
Significant changes — new components, token changes, API breaks — go through an RFC. Open a GitHub Discussion with the proposal template, then submit a PR to docs/rfcs/. Core team reviews within 7 days.
Public Roadmap
- Design system governance — RFC process, versioning, contribution model
- Sprint 22 ecosystem integration patterns
- Figma variable sync — two-way token publishing
- Component health dashboard (coverage × usage × a11y score)
- Multi-tenant theming layer (per-brand token overrides)
- Mobile component set (React Native parity for 30 core components)
- Data visualization primitives (candlestick, heatmap, waterfall)
- Agent-native animation library (reasoning pulse, confidence shimmer)
- Design token schema export (Style Dictionary 4 integration)
This design system follows semantic versioning. See Versioning for the full policy. For urgent issues, open a GitHub issue with the critical label.
