License

This page summarizes the license that governs the Nodus Design System today. It is not a substitute for the full text — the root LICENSE file is the source of truth and controls in the event of any conflict.

Status

Proprietary. All rights reserved. The package is distributed under evaluation terms. For commercial licensing, contact the copyright holder — terms are agreed in writing, per organisation.

Evaluation grant

Parties granted access by the copyright holder may use the software solely to evaluate it: to assess its suitability, in a non-production environment, using no live business data. Personnel and contractors of the evaluating organisation may carry out that evaluation on its behalf, including in development, test, and continuous-integration environments used for that purpose.

Production use

Production use requires a separate written agreement with the copyright holder. “Production use” means incorporating the software into any application that is operated for business purposes — whether offered to third parties or used internally within the licensee’s own organisation — or that processes live business data. No such agreement arises from this notice, from access to the software, or from possession of credentials to any package registry that distributes it.

Restrictions

The software may not be copied, redistributed, sublicensed, or published, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.

Storybook access

The Storybook gallery (full component catalog and story source) is a licensed surface, gated separately from this documentation site. Access is granted by key to parties covered by an evaluation or production licence — contact the copyright holder below to request one.

Term

Any evaluation permitted above ends when the copyright holder revokes access, and confers no right of renewal and no entitlement to a commercial licence.

Warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Any accessibility or compliance information distributed with the software is informational, and is neither a certification nor a warranty of conformance.
